Covid-19 Resources from Eger CPA

Stimulus Checks, Economic Impact Payments, CARES Act, New Unemployment Rules
Business is not running “as usual” right now, and a lot of resources have been put in place to help during this crazy time. Eger CPA is working hard to help our clients through these many adjustments, and we have put together a list of resources to help with your most Frequently Asked Questions. Please follow the links provided to access the different tools.

The IRS has created the Get My Payment tool on the IRS website. You can use it to track your Economic Impact Payment of $1,200 ($500 for dependents) if you are eligible. You will need your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and the address from your most recent tax return. If you would like to add your bank account information for direct deposit, you will need additional information from your most recent tax return.

Eger Payroll Services partners with Mammoth HR, an online HR Services company. They have provided a FREE HR Website to help our clients with the extensive changes that have taken place since Covid-19. There are informative videos, blog posts about law changes, and state specific law changes. You can also find sample letters for essential employees, furloughed employees, temporary layoffs, and legal forms. We highly recommend looking through these free resources!
